--==OPENING STATEMENT==--
I just want to start by noting that this is the sixty-seven (67) years to the date that Pearl Harbor, Hawaii was attacked by the Empire of Japan to bring the United States of America into the war waging in Europe and Asia, bringing about World War II.

Now onto Hammer's Fist news! I would like to thank Lieutenant General Keth, Prefect of the Legion, for bringing me back into the Hammer's Fist! I got an e-mail after his appointment asking me to come back and help. Thank you very much, Prefect, for allowing me to come back and help in one of my two originals Emperor's Hammer Groups (the first being the Infiltrator Wing).

I plan on working very close with the Prefect, General Staff, and everyone in Phoenix Battalion to help make the Hammer's Fist a force to reckon with yet again and to put the fear of the Empire back into the very heart of the rebels.

My primary task right now is to resurrect the Hammer's Fist Official Newsletter, the Dark Legionnaire. The Emperor's Hammer itself started off as only a newsletter and now has grown to five groups. It just shows that newsletters are an important part of our existence. I'll explain more later in this report.

I reported at the Emperor's Hammer Weekly Meeting today for the Hammer's Fist and here is that report:

From The Desk of the Assistant to the Prefect, Staff Sergeant Rico Stone
1. First the Hammer's Fist would like to congratulate Maverick on his recent promotion to Sector Admiral and Executive Officer of the Emperor's Hammer.
2. As announced earlier Lieutenant General Mordechi Wolfe (aka Pri) has stepped down as Prefect of the Legion. Executive Officer Major General Keth D'Jek has been promoted to Lieutenant General and Prefect of the Legion. Applications for Executive Officer of the Fist are currently being accepted. Please e-mail them to hf.keth@live.co.uk ASAP!
3. Staff Sergeant Rico Stone (aka Outsider) has been appointed as new Assistant to the Prefect to work with the Prefect and Lieutenant Colonel Astix.
4. The Dark Legionnaire, Official Newsletter of the Hammer's Fist, has been resurrected and is now taking submissions. Please see the news page on the Legion website (http://hf.atcontroller.com/) for full details. Submissions are to be sent to hfnl.dl@gmail.com.
5. Operation: Hair Trigger ends tomorrow. Get your finally submissions in ASAP!
6. Monthly Evaluations are due to the right superior ASAP as well.
7. Commander, Internet Major General Zsinj is asking for ideas and suggestions as the Legion website is about to be moved onto Emperor's Hammer-owned servers. You can get information via the Fist Message Board (http://eh.stryfe.net/viewtopic.php?f=77&t=602) and submit ideas/suggestions at http://hf.atcontroller.com/bugs.
8. New operations (aka competitions) are being developed by the Prefect of the Legion and his staff. More to come on that sortly.

With my recent appointment as Assistant to the Prefect I have been charged with the task of resurrecting The Dark Legionnaire, Official Newsletter of the Hammer's Fist. At current there is not one newsletter active in the Emperor's Hammer so we shall continue to lead the way.

I'm looking for fiction, graphics, articles, or anything along that sort (see more here at http://hf.atcontroller.com/HFFM/submit.php). The medals awarded are as such:

* Medal of Darkness - 1 Submission (MoD)
* Bronze Cross - 5 Submissions (MoD-BC)
* Silver Cross - 10 Submissions (MoD-SC)
* Gold Cross - 15 Submissions (MoD-GC)
* Platinum Cross - 20 Submissions (MoD-PC)
* Dark Cross - 25 Submissions (MoD-DC)
* For every additional 8 Submissions after 25 you will receive a Legion of Service (LoS)
