Welcome to my first report as Prefect of the Hammers Fist. First, I want to thank GA Cyric for placing his trust in me to hold this position. I will do the best job that I can for each and everyone of you. I have been a member of the Hammer for 8 years and have held a variety of positions, from Squadron Commander to Grandmaster. I am very open an friendly and easy to get along with. My one rule I have always lead by is \\\\\\\"Do Stuff, Get Stuff.\\\\\\\" The more active you are the more stuff gets sent your way.

Now that is out of the way...

First, congrats to BGN Rebelkiller for his selection and advancement to Vice Prefect. He is a very capable commander and the former Commander, Training (which is open to apps of course...).

Second, COL Aija has been selected as the new Commander, Operations and brings a fresh outlook and new beginning to that position.

If you see them on irc be sure to extend you heartfelt condolences... I mean congratulations to them both.

Finally, I am working on a new system and have sent a rough draft to the VPRF an CO for ideas an additions. My goal is to have a rolling Operations Scheduale in place. These operatons will always be two months, 2 weeks per phase and will affect Hammer\\\\\\\'s Fist history and equipment. I want to build a self running system that will be easy to use and future leaders will understand. If anyone has any RP campaign experience, and want to help, contact me and we\\\\\\\'ll see what we can come up with.

Prefects Challenege - I have 2 challenges this time. First, recruit a new member. Trooper who recruits the most members will get a nice little shiney to wear on their uniform.

Second, Submit stuff for the HF Newsletter. I would like to start them up and get them running, not only to give everyone an outlet for their creativity but as a placet to store HF history and keep track of where we are according to the Operations we have going.

Closing Remarks -

I want everyone to know I am going to be trying new stuff to get activity going and grow our ranks. Look for more information once we get the Ops Sys set up and ready to run. For all those that have stuck around, thank you. For those that are new, welcome aboard.
