MGN Astin reporting in for the Hammer\\\'s Fist on May 10th, 2010.

We\\\'ve had a pretty good week here in the Hammer\\\'s Fist. Operation: Mongoose has been a success with the run-on category, and we have VPRF Xantros to thank for that. Great job everybody, and keep those posts coming! Unfortunately, the CoD4 FTX was canceled due to some RL issues that came up at the last minute for me. I\\\'ll be rescheduling another FTX for around the end of the week, so keep an eye on the message boards and your inboxes for more info!

In other news, we\\\'ve had a new member join our ranks this week. Everyone welcome PFC Flelm! Flelm is actually a veteran of the EH and decided to return as a new member of the Hammer\\\'s Fist after hearing about our CoD4:GW support. Flelm got off to a good start by completing the Standard Stormtrooper certification course with a 100%, hearning him his Private First Class rank! I\\\'d also like to recognize PFC Tuba, who has completed a huge amount of CSMA courses this week, earning him a Cross of Obedience for his efforts! Drakell Ortis also received a promotion to PFC for being an active member of the Hammer\\\'s Fist for many months now. Congratulations to everyone!

The AWOL check is complete and our roster looks much slimmer, but we have a good group here and I am very optimistic for our future. I ask that everyone start their recruiting efforts.. talk to your friends, both IRL and online! Introduce them to Galactic Warfare, show them our website, invite them on IRC! Recruitment is huge for us right now, and I will be certain to properly recognize everyone who helps bring new people into our group.
