Just a quick one from me, since I've only taken the reigns but a few days ago.

First of all, thanks to Ronin and Astatine for placing their trust in me to lead the Hammer's Fist. A new age is beginning, guys. Make sure that if you havent already to e-mail your choice of divisions to the respective e-mail addresses immediately! Zsinj has begun coding through our list of tasks faithfully, as we prepare to make the big transition to the streamlined setup.

Brigadier General Narthax has been working dutifully to make the transition as well as grading any CSMA exams in the Inbox until a Commander, Training is appointed. Anyone interested in the task of CT should e-mail an application to myself, CC-ing my XO, Narthax.

A grand total of 9 recruits were assigned this week -- and this is big news for all of us. Any and all leaders should be getting in contact with their units immediately, especially with reference to these recruits! To all of you, welcome aboard! We're glad to have you here.

As things go, it's been quiet for the past few days, but expect that to change soon. We'll be mixing things up quickly, in order to make the switch as easy as possible. Zsinj is working on coding a ladder function into our domain, but until then, I'm happy to run a ladder for all of the supported platforms by my own hand for the time being. Feel free to e-mail me your game results with any other member of the Hammer's Fist, monthly medals to be awarded.

Promotions and medals are going to be approved on a random basis, based on when they're checked and recommended, as opposed to the elaborate and annoying promotion ceremonies for the time being -- at least until we've organized our units. Leaders should be keeping their units active and reporting weekly -- failure to do so will no longer be tolerated.
