These are positions that are not directly part of Special Operations Command or an assigned unit in the Hammer's Fist. They are often positions in support of other officers.

WO-X: Warrant Officer (WO:X)
Each member of Special Operations Command is authorized to have one full time Warrant Officer assigned to him/her. It will at the discretion of the SOC member as to their WO's duties, but it is to be expected that the WO will take over for the SOC member in their absence. The exception to this rule is the Prefect; the Executive Officer will always act in the Prefect's place.

The "X" in the position abbreviation is in place of the specific SOC office the WO is part of. For example, the Assistant to the Commander of Operations would be abbreviated WO:CO, and the ID line designation would be WO-3.
